This sense of living in a community is often lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. At Flintstone Properties, we are working hard to bring this ethos back.

Whether this be in the form of a children’s bike-a-thon, a community pool, a block garage sale, or even a chili cook-off, community is at the heart of all we do.

Pet Friendly

Always wanted that forever friend/companion but a landlord or management company says no? We know how important your pet is to you and therefore all of our communities are pet friendly. With our large, spacious lots, you’ll always find a green space to go for a stroll with your furry friend.

Some of our communities have gated dog parks where your pups can release all of their playful energy! We do not restrict dog breeds, however we limit the size of dogs to a maximum of 20 inches tall at the shoulders. Pet fees may apply.

“I purchased my home here Feb. 5, 2018. I was looking for a Ranch home. I was led to Birch Hill Estates and found just what I was looking for. I had always heard that our Birch Hill Estates was the BEST park in Bangor and I am in agreement now having lived here. The grounds are kept very neat and well-groomed. The trees are beautiful as well. Walking here is a pleasure with so many different streets. One is never bored with the same old walk! Robert, in maintenance, is a hard worker and very kind.  He has been here as long as I have and probably longer. It has been a joy working with him. Bill Cole, our maintenance director, has been very easy to deal with since he has arrived. He is a real professional and very laid back and approachable. I wanted to have my old cement stairs removed which was done. I expressed the desire to have a small deck and new stairs built. Bill then put Roland, another great guy, to work at this project.  He was truly capable of doing my project as well as leveling the dirt under my sunroom and totally insulating the ground and the skirting. It was so nice not to have to hunt for a quality builder, which he is. We are so fortunate to have these wonderfully qualified people as part of our park. When I have a need, I message Bill and he gets right back to me in a very timely way. It is a pleasure to live here and I would highly recommend Birch Hill Estates to my best friends and others!”
